First Annual Ramona Earth Day Festival
2022 Exhibitor Application
Date: Saturday April 23, 2022 Noon to 6 PM
**PLEASE, no packing up and/or dismantling during musical performances or speakers***
**Exhibitor’s booths must be manned during hours of operation**
Event Location: Ramona Community Garden, 11th St. & San Vicente
Anticipated Attendance: 200
Terms & Conditions
Booth fees: $30 for one 10 x 10 space. Make checks payable to Ramona Community Garden with memo line Earth Day Festival Mail to: Earth Day Festival Committee – PO Box 491 Ramona, CA 92065
Payment: Full payment must accompany your application. Cancellations after 04/10/2022 will forfeit 50% of their application fee. This is a rain or shine event.
Sales Tax: Is the responsibility of each vendor.
Health Certificate: Food vendors are required to submit a copy of a current Health Certificate to the Earth Day Committee Exhibitor Chair and the County of San Diego.
Booth set-up: Vendors are requested to have booth set up completed by 11 AM, prior to the noon start of the Festival. Vendors are responsible for booth set up, transport of materials etc.
Booth Location: Assignments will be made on a first come first served basis, unless previous arrangements have been made with the Earth Day Committee.
Change: There are no accommodations available to make change. Please be prepared.
Security: There will be security personnel on the grounds, however, valuables should be monitored or locked up. The Earth Day Committee, Community Garden and St. Mary’s WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS FROM THE BOOTHS.
Parking: Is FREE and at your own risk.
